All I can say is WOW! Working with WISA was nothing but stellar from start to finish. From the initial contact to final walk through the attention to detail, follow through, communication, and design built a level of trust and satisfaction that is hard to find with contractors. Budgeting was clear and succinct. Project was completed on schedule and perfectly. I had two small bathrooms totally renovated with one being from the original build in 1947. The difference is simply stunning. I could not be happier with the results and for having found WISA Solutions. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to future projects. I just finished my 6th project with WISA, a basement remodel. The fact that this was my 6th project with them should tell you all you need to know. This company treats you like a friend, not a customer. From the initial consultation, back and forth discussions on the design, material selection, and demo/construction, every person I worked with was a true professional. WISA uses no sub-contractors, so every employee is directed by the same management team. And every day during the work, someone from that management team, many times the owner himself, visits the worksite to make sure everything is going according to plan and that I am satisfied with the progress. Make sure you talk to this company for your next home improvement project. You will not be disappointed.

WISA recently completed a large-scale project that touched virtually every part of my home. We had worked with them in the past on smaller renovations and had wonderful experiences, so when it was time to take on a major project, we knew who to call. WISA is a full-service contractor with a long track record of performance and five-star reviews. Daoud (owner) and his team are extremely professional and courteous, and Daoud goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. We first met with Maisa (Interior Designer) and Daoud in December 2021, and over the next several months we had regular design meetings and consultations to scope the renovation. Throughout the planning process, Maisa was extremely helpful in offering advice and ideas, and discussions on cost with Daoud and Maisa were transparent. The design we agreed upon would entail removing multiple load-bearing walls, relocating our kitchen and powder room, updating a hall bath, new ductwork and plumbing, and much more. Due to the broad scope of the project, Daoud approached it in phases to have the least amount of impact on my family and our living situation. In April-May, windows, doors, our upstairs hall bathroom, and other things that could be done independently from the rest of the project were completed first. The main-level portion began in June with an estimated timeline of 16 weeks; we moved out for most of the summer in anticipation of the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work to come. We were able to move back into the house in early September while the finish work was being completed on the main level, and things wrapped up in November. The finished project exceeds our expectations. Everything looks great, is of high quality, and functions well. It looks and feels like a new house. While there were occasional bumps along the way and mistakes that needed to be corrected, the timeline and budget (mostly) stayed on target. Like any complicated reno, not everything went according to plan, but what separates WISA from others is their devotion to making things right. Any time we had an issue, Daoud and/or Faouzi (architect/project manager) were immediately available to address it. Even now, as we notice small imperfections here and there, Daoud will send someone over right away – no questions asked. Large renos are stressful, but working with honest, communicative people makes all the difference. WISA stands by their work, and we’re so glad we decided to trust them with our house.

Just a great experience from start to finish!! No contractor nightmare here. We hired WISA Solutions to renovate my mother's condo in Fairfax. It was a big job for a relatively small space, but the process was seamless and smooth. Daoud and Maisa were always professional, responsive, listened to what we needed, and just easy to work with. The WISA Solutions renovation crew members were meticulous, polite and worked diligently. The project started on time and was completed within the estimated timeframe. We are so pleased with the beautiful results overall, but especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Mom's condo was transformed and she is so happy. Without hesitation we would hire WISA Solutions again and have recommended them to others.

Wisa worked with us on a full bathroom renovation and they did a wonderful job! Communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were all outstanding. We are so pleased with the result that we plan to continue working with them on further home renovation projects.

We have owned our home for over 30 years, and I've never worked with a better firm than WISA. The owner, Daoud, is a fine person and is dedicated to delivering quality work and excellent customer service. He has a very talented team, who are professional and wonderful to work with. When he bid the job, he arrived with a project manager and designer, who problem solved options and costs as I told them what we wanted. The designer is very talented and worked with us through the project. When the pandemic came, and we wanted to postpone starting, we had no pressure at all to start until we were comfortable -- which ended up being a year later. Daoud held to the original estimate, which he didn't have to, even though the cost of wood had skyrocketed. The workers were excellent, on time every day, polite and cleaned up, leaving things organized. We made additional requests as the project progressed (new sump pump, additional electrical updating, more cabinets for example) and they gave us estimates for each, followed by a change order we would agree to. Communication was excellent throughout. WISA is priced very fairly, but they weren't the cheapest. We had made the mistake before going with the cheapest bid. This time we wanted excellence and no headaches -- and we got it! Topnotch people in every way.

We hired Wisa solution for the second time. WISA did complete remodel and upgrade our master bathroom a couple of years ago and we were very happy with their work. This year we gave them a bigger project. The project was a complete remodel of our house 1st floor. The major of the work includes removing a wall between our old kitchen and the dining room area, relocating plumbing and kitchen appliances based on new design and removing a half wall surrounding our old living room. Also old living room had a step down and we want them to level it up so that the whole floor to be open and the same level. Also includes upgrading the powder room and installing hardwood flooring the whole floor and rebuild an open new kitchen with island in the middle. Even if we are returning customer for Wisa, since this project was too big and very important to us, we got estimates from four other companies. In terms of price, Wisa was in the middle. Not the most expensive and not the lowest. But since we know their work, we decided to go with them again. Wisa did outstanding job in every detail of the project. First they started the project exactly the day they say they will start and finished the project within the time frame they gave us. Everybody who worked in our project was very professional and takes time to lessen what we want and explained things to us in a very professional manure. The owner/manager visited the project at least once in a day and asked us if we have any question or concern. We did make some changes to the initial project, we are happy the why they handled change of orders. In general, they did very high quality work in a professional way and it worth every dollar we paid.

WISA Solutions did such a splendid job of renovating our bathrooms, that we didn't even consider anyone else to update our laundry room recently. It was a tight space to work in but the results are beautiful especially considering that the walls and ceiling are not plumb. The new cabinets, built-in shelf unit, lighting system and floor really lift up my mood when it's time to do the laundry!

Great quality work at a fair price! I used WISA to remodel by already finished basement. They installed all new drywall, tile, cabinets, doors, carpet, and ran a gas line for a new gas insert fireplace. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and will definitely use them again on future work.

We just had WISA complete a hall bath remodel and were extremely satisfied. It was a pleasure to work with them. All of the crew were prompt, courteous and neat -- and most importantly, good at their jobs. When all is said and done, what you really want from a renovation is an end result that you really love. And we do. We plan to have them back to do more in the coming year.

Not that WISA needs another 5 start review but they deserve it. Quality and attention to detail, simply put. They remodeled my entire first floor. Flooring, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall/repair, painting, and masonry. I've already hired them again on another project which they started today. I'll be hiring them again on all my other projects in the future. It really is great to have someone like WISA that you can trust with your home. Top notch.
