We had Yoder do our whole house re-pipe earlier in the summer. We also added in a tankless water heater, whole house water filer and softener system. We love it. So next project. Tile-like-wood flooring in just over half our first floor. Install day came in and we saw they shipped us the wrong color. So while we waited an extra week of living upstairs, we decided to refinish the ceilings. Along with adding in some speakers and updated LED lighting in two rooms. With that wrapped up and the right tile in, we had our floors done right before Christmas and were able to move back in over the holiday. Love the floors and lighting. The tile is amazing, lined up perfectly and the grout lines are very tight with the edging perfect to the walls. We will be doing more! But maybe after we enjoy (recover) from this project first.

Drew and his team transformed our ugly, mustard-yellow linoleum floor into a beautiful new Italian porcelain tile floor. This was a small project for them, but a huge upgrade for us. Looking forward to updating the rest of the bathroom when our budget allows.

Drew and his team are the most professional and best set of guys a homeowner could ask for. Drew quoted my remodel, and once we decided on a start date, his guys were always prompt and courteous to me and my family. Quality and attention to all the details is his priority. If something was not up to his standards he would make sure it is right. There were a couple of times when I thought a particular phase was complete and he did not like the results and he had his team come back and fix it. You won't be disappointed with his work.

Drew is an exceptional contractor. He helped me with an extensive remodel of my house. My project entailed replacing, repairing, repainting or upgrading the roof, walls, floors, windows, fixtures, plumbing, HVAC, exterior siding, motorized gate, interior/exterior stairs, and much more. Drew is dependable, knowledgeable and honest. I appreciate how well he communicated with me throughout the duration of the project. I can’t say enough about our experience with A Yoder Construction. Our home was a complete remodel after Hurricane Harvey. We met Drew halfway through our reconstruction project and I wish we had him from the beginning. His whole crew was professional, responsible and had the expertise needed for high quality construction. Drew, personally and professionally, helped us understand and walk through every part of our project and was courteous and nice with all our questions when we needed affirmation or understanding. Drew's greatest skill was listening to our desires for the project, and then delivering a finished project that exceeded our expectations. He gave is solid guidance and options to personalize our bathroom. The only problem we have now is that out bathroom is our favorite part of our home and we want to do more upgrades!

We hired A Yoder Consruction LLC to renovate our little kitchen in May 2019. My husband and I were quite nervous about the whole thing because it was our first big house project. Drew, the business owner, paid close attention to details and was very accommodating to our needs. He walked us through the whole process, helped us pick the materials and feel good about our choices, and was transparent with the reno cost. We highly recommend his service if you are looking to transform your house. Drew and his crew did a wonderful job --- We love our new window, countertop, refinished soft-closing cabinets and drawers, farm sink, backsplash, vent, under-cabinet and pendant lights. We will definitely hire them again when we are ready for our next reno.

Yoder Construction is a top tier firm that provides outstanding quality workmanship in remodeling. We hired Yoder Construction to remodel some of our external siding which also required a bat remediation. He coordinated this seamlessly, and assisted us in finding unique materials that matched our house and was of the highest quality. Importantly, everything was on time and on budget. He had contingency plans for unexpected findings, and supervised the project in a hands-on manner. Upon completion, the site was spotless. I can recommend him without any reservations.

Drew and his team did a great job turning our builder’s grade kitchen into a functional, custom created space which we have enjoyed tremendously. His team was open to ideas and Drew has a great deal of experience and knowledge in proposing and delivering on ideas that fit our needs. The custom cabinetry, trim, electrical, and paint reflected the great craftsmanship which I’m sure will pay dividends if we ever decided to sell.
