I’m an architect who recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew Zahn of Zahn Development, Inc. Andrew and his company exceed our expectations constructing this 5,500 sqft waterfront contemporary residence located on Lido Drive, in Las Olas Isles, Fort Lauderdale. Zahn provides solid general contracting /project management and has extensive knowledge in green building practices and modern detailing. Zahn is very organized and pays attention to every last detail so that the final product is executed at a very high level.

We were having a tough time finding the right property for a buyer from Oregon when we finally decided that building their dream home may be the answer. We found the perfect location on the water. We then contacted Roger Zahn senior and his son Andrew.Within a few meetings they had the perfect match in architect and my buyers love working with Andrew and his team. They are professional, forward thinking and totally in tune with my clients. Match made in heaven. The project should be completed by year end.

They took my old house and made it my dream palace. The kitchen looks magazine ready and so does the rest of the house. They were a pleasure to work with.
