Brian and Shane created a remodel that exceeded our expectations and we were truly blown away by what they were able to accomplish. The craftmanship and attention to detail was top notch. We added some extra's along the way and Brian was able to complete those and still finish the job on schedule. In a day when it is tough to just get a contractor to call you back, Brian Ziegler is a rare gem and I cannot recommend him and Shane enough. Quality work at a fair price.

My utility/laundry room was a complete and total disaster. There were leaks, the walls were destroyed from mold, there was a MASSIVE hole in the floor where the house trap was located. There was a huge hole in the wall, there was copper pipes everywhere. The room was absolutely terrible. My wife refused to even walk into the room, so forget doing any laundry! I had multiple contractors come and give me estimates to fix the room, but Mr. Ziegler was the ONLY contractor that had a vision of what the room could look like and the confidence that he and his crew could make it happen. The crew was there every morning ON TIME or even early. I never had to call and ask where was everyone. They were so very professional and for the first time since I purchased the property, I was able to sleep knowing this disaster of a room would be fixed. Carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, acid washing the floor, building a door for the house trap, putting PEX plumbing in, they did a complete gut renovation of the utility room. Now, my tenants & my wife and I have absolutely no problem going to do laundry! No one is "totally creeped out" (my wife) anymore walking into the laundry room! Mr. Ziegler told me to trust him and his crew and i'm glad I did. They were absolute professionals that not only fixed the utility room, but they also put a new front door on the 1st floor apartment because the entire frame was molded and rotten. I am a brand new landlord and the job was a big job. I was completely overwhelmed with the scale and scope of what needed to be done and I really had to trust Mr. Ziegler, but he and his crew did not let me down.

This spring I was referred to Brian Ziegler to complete a remodeling project at our home. It involved removing the existing rear porch, opening a previously sealed basement entrance and extending a new 8 foot deck with two stairway entrances to the deck. The project required intense planning and constant adjustments as work progressed. Brian always kept us informed on the progress, changes required and accepted my input about what I thought would work. Brian and his assistants were always thoughtful and courteous about our space and needs. we would hire Brian for any other projects in the future.

We hired Brian to finish the dry wall work in our basement finishing project. The work Brian and Shane performed was excellent. Brian presented us with a range of options and explained everything in detail. His patience and bountiful knowledge assured us exactly what to expect and the timeline, pricing, and quality of work were exactly as Brian predicted. I must say, it's challenging to find quality like this anymore. Brian is a true craftsman.

I highly recommend Ziegler Construction. I searched for years to find a contractor to fix the pocket doors in my 110+ year old house and just could not find someone I was comfortable with until I met Brian. Within minutes Brian had diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in a clear, concise fashion. He then laid out the potential solutions from least to most complicated and provided a price range for the fix. Brian and his right hand man, Shane, did the work personally. The solution worked just as Brian predicted. Brian was fair and generous with his pricing and the job stayed within budget even though there was a hiccup right at the finish line. I also applaud Brian and Shane's cleanliness and attention to detail. I appreciated the clear communication and frequent updates I received during the work. All in all this was a fabulous experience, I'm already dreaming of the next project and I know exactly which company I will hire. Ziegler Construction for the WIN!

Brian and right hand man Shayne did excellent work renovating our master shower. Ziegler Construction installed a great Corian shower base, walls, heater fan, fixtures, and frameless door. They displayed thoughtful attention to detail with all work, prep and painting done well. Subcontractors were scheduled timely. Work areas were kept clean and within budget. The contrast with the original is just wonderful. We are very pleased to recommend these real professionals.

Brian did an amazing job completing a custom shed under our deck. We struggled for about 18 months to find a contractor willing to help us with this project before finding Brian on Houzz. He replied to our email the same day and we had spoken on the phone and he visited our site within the first week. He was able to take our abstract vision and turn it into beautiful and unique cabana! However, more impressive than the actual work that done was the precision and attention to detail that Brian and team delivered. Throughout the process (the project took about 2 months), Brian clearly communicated project status/needs and kept us involved in all plans/changes/decisions. I confidently recommend Brian and his team to tackle any project!

As a new home owner the process of meeting and hiring contractors is endless and seemingly daunting. Prior reviews led me to meet Brian. Upon meeting Brian all of my concerns were resolved and I knew I found the write person for the job. I hired Brian to create a vent space to the exterior for a range hood where a stove vent had existed prior. Brian and Shane quickly assessed the layout and immediately started work with impressive expertise, explaining to me their thought process along the way and keeping me in the loop which was important to me. They did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier. They additionally removed the stove vent and made it flush with the siding. It looks brand new and if I wasn't there to witness the work I wouldn't even be able to tell that work was done since it was done so carefully and meticulously. I would definitely refer Brian to others and hire him again for any future projects.

My home was built in the 1920's. It is similar to those on Union Blvd., in that the front porch has an arch to it and there is a pillar on either end. The arch has been cracking, the pillars were beginning to deteriorate and under the eaves of the roof, some trim was rotting. My neighbor recommended Brian and spoke highly of his work. They were right. Brian is a small business and I try to support small businesses when I can afford it. I am so happy that I chose Brian and his worker Shayne. They are meticulous in their work, do it right the first time, both work with the customer, they explain all they plan to do, they point out where they find a problem and tell how they will fix it. Both are very honest and show up when they say they will. I highly recommend Brian and his crew if you are looking for quality work.

Brian and his crew did an awesome job. Because the problems with our third floor brick work were not visible at ground level, we didn't realize how badly the bricks had deteriorated, but they took before-and-after photos to show us exactly what needed to be done, and the end result. The cost was reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. We were very pleased with the outcome and will certainly use them again for future projects. We highly recommend them!

I'm happy to provide a very positive testimonial on the work that Brian Zeigler and his crew (John and Sean) completed on my home. I don't know if you have a format for me to follow but as a preface I'd like to say that I couldn't have been more satisfied. The work they did was thorough, carefully executed, timely, and quite remarkably beautiful, all of which was clear evidence their high level of skill and creativity. They went out of their way to work with me to satisfy my wishes. For example, when Brian told me that scoring the brick face would weaken the structure, I persisted in requesting some way to make it appear scored even though it was in a very high and out of the way space. Brian thought about it carefully and figured out a way to create stucco that would match the grey color of the scored areas on the rest of the house. He matched the color carefully and applied it precisely with a guide line while balancing carefully on three story high scaffolding. The finished product is so well-done that you cannot see that it is not scored like the rest of the house's brick face. He skillfully preserved the appearance without compromising the structural integrity of my house. Another example is the chimney which required more repair than I had realized. They finished the fascia on the chimney with great care and did a though job. The mold and unpleasant smell in my attic is gone! Brian, John and Sean were motivated to do quality work that would please me. Our interactions that were always respectful and friendly reflected that and they did a beautiful job. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give them a 10. I can not say enough good things about Ziegler Construction. They were extremely clean and the job was well planned out. My parents are of older age and the team was very good with explaining things so that my parents would understand. They were all very patient They also noticed other things that went unnoticed and needed fixing. He was recommended to me and I feel he takes every job personal and that in tun reflects good on him as a person and as a professional.
