We cannot share enough praise for Andy / OC Assembly!
We had an enormous year long project for a redesign of 8 different office spaces and initially asked for his help with simple furniture assembly, which he delivered flawlessly. We then asked if he was able to install and hang an entire Wall Gallery installation of paintings and framed art prints in various sizes. He delivered.
Next, we asked if he was able to install a decorative vinyl wall sticker and even though he was hesitant at first because he was not sure he was going to be able to deliver the correct results, guess what? He knocked it out of the park!

Every single problem we came across, Andy was not only able to creatively troubleshoot a solution for us, he took the time to think through various options that would create the desired results, and best of all, with a professional finish and attention to detail.
He is truly remarkable in the way that he is meticulous and thoughtful about his work: A real craftsman. We greatly appreciated that he takes the time to listen to what we are looking for and time and time again, achieves results.
Moreover, Andy will stay until the job is complete without cutting corners. There were multiple instances when the job took longer than estimated due to complications, and Andy always offered to return to finish the job with excellence.
What sets Andy apart is that he is communicative before, during, and after the project. He always double checked and confirmed with us about the placement and installation of items before creating holes or damage to drywall. Another small detail that I really appreciate! There have been so many times when other contractors have not bothered to communicate and confirm with me the placement of permanent fixtures before carving a giant hole into freshly drywalled spaces — this can obviously be really frustrating, but we never once had this issue with Andy. He is incredibly respectful and always double checks. If we were ever indecisive about where to install something, Andy would politely offer feedback or simply patiently wait for a final decision. He would also be extremely patient when we would change our mind and decide to go a different direction!
Lastly, he is just a great person — skilled, respectful, polite, and willing to listen and talk through ideas. We really appreciate all of the hard work that Andy / OC Assembly has accomplished with us.
