Terrible communication.Left basement job unfinished.Left his mess behind,never sent invoices after payments,claimed to be working on things he was not,rarely was ever here a full day,always had excuses as to why something wasn't done,payments were made on items not received (countertop),refuses refund & remodel was months over due.Definately not a satisfied customer!

Horrible customer service and communication. Josh was late starting our deck project but eventually poured footings and started framing. He requested payment and then he didn’t return to finish the job. Our deck is 25% done and we now have to hire someone else to do it correctly. He won’t respond to texts or voice messages. I called from my wives phone to request some of our money back and he hung up on me as soon as he recognized my voice. I'm not sure if he was intimidated by the scope of the project or just didn't want to do it anymore, I'm making assumptions because he won't communicate. I wish we hadn't wasted our time and money with Steffes Construction.
