We bought a house from Kyle in 2014 and never regretted it. He has a sterling reputation for quality homes, great southern designs, at a fair price. He has a first class work force of qualified skilled construction people that are second to none. He does what he says he's going to do in a timely manner.

Kyle Allen is a great builder who built our custom beach home in 2015. He made the entire building process very smooth and easy. He was always available and on site. It was easy to get in touch with him, and he was always willing to make additions or adjustments to the plans. Kyle uses the best materials. From exterior cement boarding, metal roofing, tiles and cabinets, everything was top of the line without a mark up to the client. He takes pride in his builds and it's obvious in all the small details he adds. We met with and researched a lot of builders prior to our build. Kyle Allen has the best reputation as a builder on St. Simons. So much so, that he was the builder on the HGTV Dream Home here. Overall, we were very happy with the entire process and our final product. We would highly recommend Kyle and his team, and we would use them again in the future.

He has done a great job! We looked at a house he had built thinking about buying but did not like the lot it was on but loved the house so we bought a lot and hired him to build our house. It is almost done. We love his tastes and do not feel like we have to be there all the time watching over the process.
