Armando Pena As the owner and general manager of APV company umbrella, Armando is the responsible for overall management of the companies while focusing on field operations. Our principal works with the Project Managers, Superintendents and Field Foremen to ensure that our client's goals are met during construction. Before starting APV Builders & Engineering, Armando spent more than 7 years overseeing large residential and commercial projects in excess of $100 million for Nationally and Internationally ranked General Contractors and Engineering companies. He holds a State Certified General Contractor's license and a EIT/FE Certificate as an Engineer. In addition, Armando Holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering credited by the NCEES.
