Arista Development

The house is so lovely! If you look at it from afar! Within 5 years the stucco has completely cracked all around the house. Since the stucco is so cracked every time it rains water of course gets into the cracks and the house leaks. So by the time you call 2 different people 1 for the roof they fix a problem then tell you oh ya and you need a stucco person because whomever did yours did a terrible job it should not look like this in just 5 short years... So if you love Arista homes think twice... I've talked one friend from walking away from them and hope I can save many others from the money pit I've been in. They put out lots of homes quickly and instead of quality all they care about is quantity. If you have nothing better to do with your money purchases and Arista home because you'll be doing plenty of projects to repair all the things that they cut corners on. Oh and don't worry once they turn the keys over to you they won't bother you because the house is your problem.
