Built house with Arive, what you need to know. Bad Warrenity hopefully your house doesn’t have any issues after closing. Which is unlikely due to the low grade subs Arive uses. Arive will just ignore you or at best just keep pushing you off in hopes you’ll get sick of calling and requesting. During the build and design they are no better no communication and when we ask for updates it’s like no one actually knows what’s going on.

Arive has quality issues. From cracked paint, to headers that aren't supported by jack studs, to wavy ridge lines, and crooked walls, the list goes on and on. I have a whole album of defects from their build. After review, they are OK with all of them. Just remember that, because they will be OK with that same workmanship in your home too.

Tobin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to work with. He and Gavin kept us updated every step of the way through the building process. We absolutely LOVE our new home, and that wouldn't have been possible without Arive Homes.

we started looking for a new house a little over a year ago and stumbled across Arive while just out driving around new developments. we met our future agent (Mindee Gurney) that day and have been working with her ever since. she sent us to several different models including one from the 2016 Utah County Parade of Homes and we fell in love instantly. from that day we started working with Mindee to move the ball forward and she's been by our side ever since (we're probably just a few more weeks from move-in). after getting the process started with Mindee, we went to the design center (MANY TIMES!) and worked primarily with designer Rachel Sampson. given the extremely custom nature of our house, both Mindee and Rachel were extremely instrumental in getting things exactly how we wanted them. it's actually astonishing that with the amount of customization we have we really only missed a couple things while at the design center, and they were able to add all those things during the build. our superintendent is Gavin Gordon (who just so happens to be our agent's brother). he's been fantastic through this whole process, and i can't speak for other buyers, but i feel like we've been extremely demanding and very present during our entire build. and through it all, he's been responsive (when we needed him to be - not all of our correspondence required a response) and willing to work with us (and did i mention that we were demanding?). we should be closing here within a few weeks and as far as i can tell, when all is said and done we'll have exactly the house we've always wanted!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Arive. This was our second time building, and it's important going in that there is no such thing as a perfect process. What makes this such a great builder, was the timeliness in fixing concerns and their responsiveness. We had awesome access to realtor, Ashlee Robertson, all of the time, and we had amazing superintendents. The finished product is stunning, and we couldn't be happier!.

We have been in our home for almost a year and we still love it as much as the day we moved in! The process for us was amazing! Our realtor, Colby, was fantastic and kept us updated throughout the process. Our superintendent, Steve, as well as his assistant, Ed, made us feel like we mattered and they really wanted us to have the home we wanted. We never felt like we didn't have options. Our opinions counted on everything and they went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for us. Any issue that has come up, as they always do, has been resolved. We would definitely build with Arive again!

We purchased an Arive home a few months ago. The process was smooth and everyone down from the realtors to the contractors were great. We are impressed with the quality of everything and are glad that we ultimately went with them to build our home.

We are extremely pleased with how everything had turned out. Everyone, including the subs have been exceptional to work with. Everyone from the concrete guys to the finishers. Arive has a great team!! Sandy, Mike, Jeff, Courtney, and Jennifer have all been extremely professional and great to work with. I have appreciated the responsiveness, attention and care that has gone into each one of my questions and concerns. We're moving home and we're glad that Arive has been there to make this happen :)
