Fantastic group of professionals dedicated to their craft! We have our second AVB home and absolutely love everything about our home from the design to fit and finish, it’s exceptional.

AVB was fantastic with the planning and construction of our manufacturing facility. Their expertise helped direct us in so many issues we had not thought about. They directed us about saving money with future planning and outside services that we wouldn’t have know about. Our job was finished on schedule!! Everyone who comes to our facility is impressed. Even after the job was completed I have called AVB months and more after the completion of our building and I get prompt replies and follow up to help identify the problem even if it is not an AVB issue. They help direct us to figure out a solution.

AVB was very easy to work with and helped us with every step of the building process. Every person we were in contact with was pleasant and considerate. We love our new house!

AVB goes well beyond any other builder in Michigan. No matter who you are or what you want them to build, the team over there is amazing and makes sure you are well cared for. I had a condo built over the past year. From the initial steps to the end, Shelly Worden and Scott Lanting are with you every step of the way, making the process really effortless on your part. There wasn't any of the employees on the job site or in the office that didn't go out of their way to make me feel like I was part of their family. The quality build that they do is one of the best out there.

After building this house with another builder, then to have it burn to the ground after a few months, due to the incorrect install of the fireplace. Our family was an emotional mess, having lost everything. AVB worked seamlessly with insurance. I can not tell you how many times I said to someone during construction " The other guys did not do that, I like that" I hear people say they're home was built in 120-150 days. AVB quoted us 210. It took them about 200 and we came in under budget. I believe that is because of how thorough they are before a shovel hits the ground. They're cost was just above average....but in my opinion, low for the experience we received! 6 out 5 stars. WELL DONE!

Built our home nine years ago. They are very Professional. Also when I have had any problems With the house they stand behind their work. I have enjoyed working with Darrell & Robin Rynd they are caring and trust worthy.

Contractors for our 7,000+ square foot custom home. Beautiful finishing! Went the extra mile-we have a regulation size racquetball court in our lower basement!
