My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am In the building trades in the Okanagan since 2006. Kevin Barnett has been building custom homes here since before I lived here and he has built some of the higher end homes that I have have seen. He has an eye for detail and enjoys the challenge of building higher end projects.

Personable and professional! Follow up, even several years later, is outstanding! To me, this is a true test of a good company. Obviously they take a great deal of pride in their workmanship. Building a home with them was an enjoyable experience.

Sierra flooring has had the privilege to supply and install the hardwood and tile in a number of Barnett Construction built homes. Their attention to detail and maintaining the environment to industry standards that ensure the proper performance of the hardwood is outstanding. Their projects are always very well managed and things are done in the proper order on time and as promised. We look forward to having the privilege to work with Barnett Construction again and would highly recommend them for any project large or small.
