Mike was actually recommended to me by a major house builder to do my drywall. Kelly did a super job and due to the other company not being available when I needed more work done I got Bella Rosa to do it. I got an estimate that was within my budget and time frame and went ahead with the work. Unfortunately I came down with a major health problem landing me in the hospital for 7 weeks and now Long Term Care. Mike took over the supervising and got the job done on time and on my budget. If he suggests something - DO IT. He knows what he is talking about. Prior to the final inspection I had a few neighbours and a tradesman I use to do a look on my behalf as I have limited mobility. . Unanimously they all came back with no problems at all. When my daughter did the actual inspection the jobsite was spotless and she couldn't find a single problem either. Thank you to Mike for fulfilling my vision. I could only see the finished product on a video my daughter made but I too was impressed beyond words.

Mike and his craftspeople did an excellent job on our small basement drywall repair job after another company replaced Poly B piping. Mike got an estimate to us quickly and was able to fit us into their schedule right away. They arrived as arranged, protected and kept work area clean and were friendly, polite and respectful of working in our home . The quality of work was very good. Appreciated all the communication as the work was proceeding so that there were no surprises. On time and on budget. Would highly recommend for any work in your home. Top quality.

Bella Rosa was a great, professional company. Asked lots of questions to make sure things were installed correctly the first time. We are very happy with the way our project turned out and would recommend Mike and crew for big or little jobs! Thanks for all of your hard work!

Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.
