My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Bespoke Development provides design-build services for ground up residential and commercial construction in the Las Vegas area. Brian Anderson earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management from Utah State University. He subsequently attended Pepperdine University and obtained his Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship. He has held various leadership positions within organizations both in the construction and healthcare industries, culminating into his appointment as President & CEO of A&S Construction in 2006 and a partnership in Bespoke Development in 2016. Brian owes his knowledge and his love for the construction industry to his father who ran various construction agencies and employed Brian in all facets of building throughout his upbringing.

Brian's father, Dwaine, was the engineer on our project. His plans were spot on, and Brian, and his main man Mike could not have been better. They designed and built a 600 sq. ft. casita, and a large, 12X32 covered patio in our backyard. They refused to leave until the last detail was perfect. They will be retained to build our pool next year. Hire these guys while you can. They are going to be very busy as the word spreads.
