We have developed relationships over many years with a large pool of quality and affordable sub-contractors which gives us the ability to build quickly with affordable pricing. We have experience in a variety of projects including developments, spec homes, luxury homes, multi family, office spaces, restaurants. When it comes to swimming pools and landscaping, we design and build in house which keeps the cost down considerably lower than working with outsourced contractors. We have built a full in-house materials design library including flooring, cabinetry, counter tops, tile, wall coverings and a variety of interior and exterior samples. This allows us to work directly with our clients in our conference area to develop their dream designs efficiently and with a bevy of options. We receive contractor pricing on materials with discounts from 10% -60% less than retail and pass our discounts direct to our clientele. We DO NOT have any hidden marks ups on materials. Once our clients’ materials designs are completed, we carry over 200 lines of home furnishings, area carpets and window treatments for a turnkey move in. Our clients receive a 20 % discount off retail pricing on all purchases. We offer space planning services and custom furniture design. Our fabric and finish samples options are extensive with a variety of base, luxury, outdoor, hospitality grade and green textiles.
