We design, manufacture, and deliver fully-functional modular structures that can be configured, connected, and stacked for everything from temporary housing to multi-unit apartments to retail spaces to single family homes to communities with private and common areas. Our approach to building removes many drawbacks that hamper traditional housing development, namely lengthy construction time, high material and labor costs, and just plain uninspiring design. It also means we can get the details right: We can integrate smart home intelligence into an entire individual unit, building, or community. We can test prototypes to see what really gratifies residents. We can give both real estate developers, cities, and citizens the power to build spaces and communities that fill their specific needs.
