I have been designing remodeling projects from the simple kitchen or bath to whole houses with Bradley Builders for a number of years and I treasure the working relationship that we have. JT Bradley is a consummate professional. His bids and contracts are highly detailed and reflect the work and options available to his clients. His projects are tightly controlled from start to finish with a high regard for the care of the client's job site. Punch lists items are taken care of promptly. We have used the contractor for a kitchen and great room remodel, bathroom remodel, and roof and fence replacement. Total expenditure on completed projects to date approximates $175,000. All experiences have been positive. We are currently scheduled to begin replacement of exterior doors to improve weather seal. Our excellence rating is based on the following services from Bradley Builders: •JT Bradley met personally with us at the start of each project to discuss our expectations, alternatives for consideration, and estimated costs. •The contractor provides all necessary documents for homeowner association approval. •Obtains all local county permits that are posted on the job for review. •Contract estimates and change order requests include itemized detail of labor, material, and profit. •Contractor staff have remained on the payroll for an extended period of time and demonstrate a loyalty to this contractor through their commitment and support. •Contractor screens all sub-contractors and they have been reliable in providing quality construction and timeliness of completion in their specialty. We have received no lien requests from sub-contractors. •All county inspections were “passed” on first review. •Contractor has worked for several years with interior designer, Susan Broderick of Broderick Design Associates for initial concept and ongoing consultation for material and décor selections. Both contractor and designer work collaboratively well together. •J.T. Bradley has been the president and is an active member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). •Contractor has taken the initiative to provide no-cost warranty repairs when occasionally necessary. We highly recommend Bradley Builders. This contractor is professional, personable, and very attentive to detail. We used JT for our remodeling primarily because of his designer, Susan Broderick. Susan was great but JT needs some communication skills. His crew was great as well as the subs. The rating would be higher if JT was more honest in his bids and also communicated.
