My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We just completed our home with Bruning Homes...all we can say is WOW, they nailed it!!! The craftsmanship of our home was beyond what we expected at every turn. Fred's attention to detail is incredible. the molding, the finishings made our home gorgeous. We will have pictures up soon. Thank you Fred and Mary!!! A++++ We love our home!!!

He builds beautiful character into his homes as well as useable, functional living space. He is a pleasure to work with and is helpful when you have questions about design or the building process.
