I honestly regret buying a CBH home. My house isn’t even 3 years old, and the carpets throughout the home are already bunching up with massive humps and wrinkles everywhere. I paid out of pocket to have one room professionally restretched, and the installer told me the carpet was improperly installed from the beginning. He had to cut out 3 inches just to make it lay correctly. Now the same problem is happening in multiple rooms. The floors are another nightmare. I submitted warranty requests for squeaky floors several times within the first year of ownership, and every time it felt like pulling teeth just to get someone out here. Instead of fixing the problem properly, they make you pick and choose which squeaks they’ll address, even though the entire home was still under warranty. Some areas were never fixed at all. This is the 5th home I’ve owned, and without question the poorest quality construction I’ve experienced. The shortcuts in workmanship are obvious once you actually live in the home. A new build should not already have failing carpet installation, squeaky floors, and ongoing repair issues before it’s even 3 years old. CBH may build homes fast, but quality and customer care clearly take a back seat. If you’re considering buying from CBH Homes, I strongly recommend looking at other builders before making the same expensive mistake I did.

We had squeaky floor and Mark-David team did an awesome job to make it quiet. All was done from below, so, carpet didn't have to be pulled up. They were very efficient, nice and professional. The Customer Care office is also great. Annie organized the floor repair and had carpet people scheduled on the same day, in case carpet re-tuck was required. But, it wasn't needed. Thanks so much from a very satisfied customer!

The overall buying experience with CBH was great. There were some details that needed to be addressed after our home was delivered but after talking to Monica and Sienna they called Josh and he took care of them right away. These guys went above and beyond and they even delivered some amazing cookies and they gave us a ring doorbell...what a customer service!! Our kids loved the cookies :)

Framing for cbh has been great. By far the best ran construction outfit I've worked with. Very expedient very understanding. Melissa Wilkinson and all of the office ladies have been extremely helpful and Marvin ,Josh ward and Jim have been great to work with on these houses. Gumm Brothers

My experience framing for CBH Homes has been great. Specifically, working with Melissa Wilkinson and Jamey Mower. They both have effective communication skills and our job materials are always there when needed. Very professional team!

The Canyon County Customer Care & Service Team is awesome! They act fast on repair requests and are super responsive and kind.

We purchased a house from CBH Homes in Nampa. Jody Baranco was very helpful and the process of buying from CBH was easy. CBH had a promotion during the time we purchased the house, but they refused to offer the promotion to us because we purchased it as an investment property. We paid in cash and were able to close in 3 weeks. We feel that the situation was unfair to us.

CBH Homes offers a great home/value. The process of buying from CBH was easy, the customer service during escrow responsive, and the post-close warranty portal is awesome!

Renee Baird and her support team are some of the most professional Realtors my wife and I have had the privilege to work with, Renee is very knowledgeable of the product she represents,. Renee and her team where able to meet all our demands with out a complainant. We wish we had meet Renee weeks earlier, that way we would not of wasted so much time looking for a house.

I would like to commend CBH on their quick response to our warranty claims. Not only did they get our problem fixed quickly, but the repair person (Mark) that they sent out was phenomenal! Not only did he fix our problem, but he also went through the house and showed us ways to improve our energy efficiency (which is already amazing) but he identified an area in our garage that could allow fumes to enter the home and showed us what to do to resolve the issue. We have only had minor issues with our home since we moved in, which is to be expected on any new build, and CBH has been quick to resolve them for us above and beyond our expectations! We definitely love our home.

Dana McCarter came to my new home to address some small issues I had as a new home owner. He was prompt and patient since I didn’t hear the doorbell he was at my door with my dog just barking away! I wasn’t sure if I had listed all the issues I needed to have checked so Dana gladly walked around each room with me as I pointed out things. I had questions not related to my initial request and he was very knowledgeable and so willing to help me understand. He took pictures and was very thorough. Great personality and so easy to talk to without feeling intimidated.

This is our second CBH home over the past three years and the quality of the build and the professional services and attention given us is still remarkable even after three years. We worked with several experts but Renee and Cody were the most helpful. The design center was a great experience too because there was no pressure, just remarkable product knowledge and service. My wife and I have worked for new home builder's for nearly 30 years and we have seen them all, from terrible to the best. CBH is of the highest caliber compared to all others.
