Chad and Ashley have built 2 houses for me. They have always been great to deal with! They have the best contractors in the business. Both of my homes were finished ahead of schedule and within the budget we agreed to. As far as custom builders go, you will not get a better finished product with anyone else. I highly recommend Chad and Ashley for your next home!

Chad helped us turn our dreamed up vision we had for a pool house into reality. We are so pleased with the outcome! He was very easy to work with, listened to all of our ideas and executed them perfectly. He also has phenomenal taste which was very helpful when consulting him throughout the design process.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Chad Hemphill Construction on our recently completed home in 2021. He completely exceeded our expectations on the quality of our home and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out! We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new home! I hired Chad Hemphill to build my home in Esperanza North addition . Halfway into the construction project, I decided that Chad Hemphill should not finish the construction of my home and that his services were no longer needed. Mr. Hemphill was fired. Subsequently, another builder was promptly hired to finish the project and to see the construction of my home into completion.

Hemphill Construction was very courteous and professional. Since my husband's and I are getting close to retirement, we knew this home would be the last one we wanted to build. Needless to say, "It had to be perfect". Jim worked so well with us and gave us the house that instantly felt like "home" ---Our traditional cottage.

We hired them to Build our new executive home in Edmond. They were wonderful to work with! Our home is beautiful and well constructed. They were professional and easy to work with, and accommodated our changes to original plans easily and patiently. The home was completed in the time promised. We received excellent advice throughout the process. They had remodeled our previous house and we loved the changes and enjoyed working with them and the subcontractors they used. When the time came that we needed to move, the decision to have them build our new home was easy. I would hire them again for either remodeling or new construction.

Chad and his team were phenomenal to work with through the entire process of building our home. From the first step of helping pick out a neighborhood and lot, to the last step of finalizing the type of sod put down in our yard. He was there for support, answers, and gave great and careful advice in every aspect of our home build in order to facilitate our needs/wants. My wife and I carefully thought out and selected the right builder for our home, and we could not find a more genuine, hard working, and caring builder than Chad. He always made himself available to us throughout the process, and would answer every question no matter how trivial it may be. If you are in the market for a new home.
