CHC Builders did an amazing addition to our home. Along the way, they would store scrap material that could have been discarded along our back fence, which killed a lot of grass. Once I brought it to the owners' attention, it was taken care of. Aside from that, the work was great, and we are happy with how it turned out. However, for the yearly inspection afterwards, I had to contact them over and over to get a response. They finally showed up, and really, there was not much to address: an outdoor water spigot that came loose from the fitting, an AC vent that was not fitting properly, and an electrical outlet that was not functioning. We also invited Fred, the foreman for our job, to come quote on additional work to create an all-weather deck. He arrived and looked at it, said he would have the electrician come out to fix the outlet; none of that happened. We have no fix for the electrical outlet and no quote on the all-weather deck. This is really sad, as they do good work, but the follow-through is not up to par. Your mileage may vary. The reason I scored 2 stars was because we were totally blown off after the fact.

They were great to work with. I mentioned an issue with the painting of the cabinet shelves and they were fixed the next day. Also, they gave me options as to suppliers.

Did a great job on a very large, involved, and complicated remodel. Very professional and detail oriented. Project took several months to complete. Highly recommended.

Although I have not had Dan and his company perform work for me personally, I have referred several of my customer to him. They have shared with me how pleased they were with his professionalism and responsiveness.

CHC did a great job doing a 600 square foot addition to our upstairs. They were timely, respectful and courteous through the whole remodel and delivered excellent quality.

I helped stage a kitchen, family room , guest bedroom and bathroom that was a remodel project that CHC did. The quality of the work was outstanding and you could tell the homeowners were very pleased with the results.
