Aug 2019, We purchased a home in which Tanner Parker was the lead. No matter what question,problem or troubleshooting we encountered; Tanner was on it, did what he could to make it right and never faltered. He kept in touch, showed great concern when needed and never once called me the crazy lady who's calling again ( at least not to my face ) hehehe. Keep in mind, building a home is never perfect, never without flaws at first. It's perfect when someone Like Tanner, CNL, listen to you, take you seriously and make it perfect. Tanner Parker was and still is a trooper thru this whole process. We have a beautiful custom home because of him and yes, 100% I would recommend him and CNL for your custom dream home. Thank you Tanner, for everything start to finish.

Craig, Elizabeth and Judy were very professional and cared for all our needs during the designing and building process. I love our new home. Everything I wanted it to be was delivered above all my expectations. The quality of work is high quality and top notched. All the work was in our price range and we closed on our closing date.

Craig was awesome to work with. He delivered in all aspects, we couldn't be more happy with our forever home. He listened to all our needs and our home shows it. Craig and Elizabeth are some great people and have a great team they work with. We wouldn't change this experience for another. Great job guys!!!!

My wife and I have been extremely happy with the whole process that we went through with CNL and the finished product is simply Beautiful. This has been a new experience for us, with this being our first house ever. I had heard horror stories about other peoples experiences with home buying and home building. The folks at CNL made it relatively painless for us. They were very knowledgeable and helpful for us when recommending any ideas or color schemes for our house, ultimately the decision was ours to make. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to build a new home.

Craig and Elizabeth of CNL Construction is a fantastic custom home builder and designer. The two of then help us as first time home builder through every phase of building our new home to include working through the architectural plans, the design layout as well as the landscape design. Their staff is highly professional and knowledgeable and their craftsman quality is of the highest caliber. We could not be happier with the quality home they build for us. CNL Did an decent job with our custom built home. Everything looked great, until a couple weeks after moving in. Our kitchen sink was held by a flimsy piece of wood so when I was trying to break the frozen chicken, the wood broke and the sink was hanging, the screws to the A/C vent didn't fit causing the cover to hang down, both the light fixtures in the walk-in closet and utility room we found dangling with wires from the ceiling- the screws once again, didn't fit and some how macgyvered into the ceilings. They messed up the living room rope lights so now our living room has two tiers of crown molding. We wanted a wine glass holder made but the coordination between the carpenter and us fell through. The stucco guys didn't get along with the rock guys hence the house took longer to complete. I am grateful though that Craig and Damita assisted in paying our rent since they did not finish the house at the date the contract had stated. I do sometimes wonder if we should have let them take their time and not rush, seeing how the little things in the house (light fixtures) were already falling apart. I would still recommend them, however, I'd have more than one professional inspect the house for quality, and always follow up if you are building a custom home.

CNL Construction (Craig and Elizabeth) are a dynamic duo! They have a caring nature and listened very attentively at our needs. The blueprint meetings were very professional, never rushed, it was a time to establish Builder/Customer work relationship and provide recommendations based off the visions we had. My husband and I never felt pressured, never felt like our needs weren't being met and we just had an awesome time building our home. Craig and Elizabeth are actively involved from start to finish in the building process (meaning on the job site) to ensure everything was right on point. The entire CNL Construction team is a great group of professionals and we will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the market for a new home.

Great company to work with. They turn out a solid project. Elizabeth is one of the more creative designers in the area and Mr. Parker has been a cornerstone in the building industry in the area for many years. Together they make a powerful and trusted team. We look forward to many projects and years of teamwork and quality.

The best experience we could have ever wished to have. We are very blessed that God put this company, with these good people in our lives. They made this the most stress free it could have been. And we absolutely love our house. It is beautiful beyond our expectations.
