We hired Ben to perform some remodeling and add a bunk room over the garage of a house we purchased in early 2019. During the project we found several problem areas (existing) that Ben also addressed. Overall this became a large project and Ben and his team were outstanding to work with. Ben is very attentive, professional and contributed with his own thoughts throughout the project. The additional work that became required was taken on by Ben and completed with great attention to detail and quality. We love our remodeled home and are able to safely enjoy it thanks to Ben. I highly recommend Codere Construction and have already talked with them about a new project.

Ben Codere has all the qualities of a superior contractor. I have known him for ten years and followed the growth of his business. Codere construction did an incredible job to remodel an old beach house. They basically took the house to its studs, then put it back together to make it look like an incredible modern day beach cottage. This included opening up walls, a complete kitchen remodel, jacking the house up to level it, ripping up all carpet up and restoring the original hardwood floors (which are now gorgeous, building a bunk room, installing insulation then wainscoting and drywall, installing new doors, and lots of painting. They were resourceful to keep the original much of the original material (doors, trim, etc.) to keep costs low and retain its charm and history. Ben and his crew are reliable, dedicated, and work within budget. And, he is there after to take care of loose ends after as needed. Ben will be doing more work for us for sure!

I'm an electrical subcontractor that has worked on many projects with Ben. I have found him to run a very efficient job. This allows me to price tighter because I know how he works and it will be done efficiently. I have never had an issue with Ben that we couldn't easily work out in the field. Ben Codere has done an amazing job on the renovations of our house and fixing the numerous leaks. He was as much an investigator and as a contractor as he figured things out for us. Consultation, on short notice, for barn restoration. Ben Codere was recommended by a close friend and he did not disappoint: 100% punctual for scheduled arrivals to property, always following up and checking in, polite and courteous, always asking for permission to bring other consultants and subcontractors through the property beforehand. Ultimately, the project did not proceed (by no means due to any concern about Codere Construction) and Ben was always kind and thankful. We look forward to utilizing his services in the future.

Ben did a beautiful job fully gutting and renovating our eat-in kitchen in 2012. From new drywall, ceiling, electrical, tile floor, cabinets, granite counters, paint, backsplash and more, he coordinated all vendors efficiently and remained within a reasonable but realistic budget.
