When we signed the contract to build your home, you agreed to a payment schedule. Sadly, payments after framing stage were never received on time. I kept our crew and subtrades working hard and at the same time completed additional special requests without you paying for the extra work upfront (as stated in the contract). Payment schedule was revised twice hoping to correct this problem. However, untimely payments still occurred and failed to meet the industry standard. To this date, payments are still owed and are outstanding.
With delayed payments for the subtrades, it was difficult to maintain the planned work schedule. Our team went beyond normal practice of business and handled all the issues professionally. I strived to complete your home and passed all building inspections so your family can move in. When everything is completed, we still have a beautiful house, see below pictures.
In regards to the landscape pictures you posted, the problem can be resolved by regular maintenance and weeding. With proper care, the shrubs in the third picture will thrive in the years to come. I have tried to avoid conflict with you through countless insults, threats, and personal attacks. I cannot stand by and watch you attempt to discredit me and my company. It not only provides for my family's livelihood but also my employees' and partners'.
