Robert B. Coolman and Florence E. Coolman founded Coolman & Coolman in the early 1950’s. Now known as Coolman Communities, its longevity has afforded the company with the ability to determine what works and what doesn’t. Bob Coolman, President of Coolman Communities, Inc., knows there is no such thing as a “one man show”.
