Overall positive experience. Corners were cut like with most/all track builder construction. Their framers are sloppy but nothing that affects structural integrity. Backflow valve was forgotten so had minor sewage backup into house just after we moved in. They failed to finish painting the foundation before partially covering it with the deck. Their construction crews on adjacent lots used our water without permission multiple times and did so much damage to our stucco that our house had to be repainted. However, these issues were addressed mostly promptly and overall the end product has been a beautiful home that has required little repair. Despite hiccups, I would use them again.
