My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Thank you Element 119 team for building our dream home! We love the way our home turned out and have received a lot of compliments from family and friends. It was a pleasure working with Brad, Jim and Andrew. They accommodated all our requests and impromptu changes! We valued Brad’s opinion very highly, especially with regards to design and creative ideas. He does not ‘BS’, which was a blessing! He was always upfront about costs and areas where it was worth spending the money. It was a pleasure working with the Element 119 team and would recommend them with very high marks!

I can't say enough good things about Brad Stanbrough and his company Element 119 ! I have had the pleasure of working with Brad on about a dozen homes thus far and each one is truly unique and different from the previous. He has a great sense of humor along with great faith that guides every homeowner thru the home building process with ease. Jim McDole assists Brad at the job sites and makes sure things move along in a timely manner - He is a great asset to Brad's company and the two of them make my job easy and so very much enjoyable : )
