Generally very happy with our new home. We are very happy with the Sorrento communithy for several important reasons. However, there were items that needed attention that took longer than we had hopped to have addressed.

I purchased a condo from Emmer Development in an existing subdivision. They were very understanding when I wished to make changes with the model design that worked better for my lifestyle. They even helped me with the design of the changes I wished to make. The cost of the condo and of the changes i made was always accurate. The two minor issues I had were readily resolved with little inconvenience and no cost to me. Prior to buying my condo, I had built a home that was twice as big and cost twice as much. I can honestly say the quality of my condo is much better than the home I built. Emmer employees stayed on time during the building process.
