My work consists of building multi-family, condominiums, residential homes, and commercial buildings. I am FHA, VA, and certified with USDA Rural Development Program, which enables my customers to qualify for different types of loans to help meet their needs. I am experienced with the Texas building regulations and can extend assurance that the homes Erickson Construction builds are homes worth living in. I am also a member of the local and national Builders Association and the Better Business Bureau. Having been a licensed real estate agent since 1993, I have seen hundreds of floor plans and talked to countless buyers about what works best in a house. Now I try to apply these lessons to building your home. In 2008, Erickson Construction was awarded by the State of Texas the Texas Star Builder status.
