Mr. Emmons was paid $32,000 to repair our home that was damaged by water from a pipe owned by the city of Sunnyside. Mr. Emmons took our money, and never completed the project. Our home is still on beams and the city is now assessing fines against us. Mr. Emmons has refused to return our calls and never returned our money.

I have always returned this clients calls, this is a very unfortunate situation , and your review does not tell the complete story . My company performed 90% of what we said we would do and billed accordingly . The work was stoped becuase the city wanted the structure brought up to code. IE new roof new electical new plumbing and the list went one . On my advice The home owners worked with the city and the insurance company to develope a settlement to finnish the work. To the best of my knowlege they have been paid the funds to finnish the project.
