“Upon a recommendation, we went to SC Design to have our house plans designed. We had a shortened timeline and were able to get an appointment right away. All appointments were very convenient. Steve is a good listener and easy to communicate with anytime via the internet or telephone. His experience as a contractor enabled him to provide extra advice and ideas...especially relating to Green Built options. We were pleased with the amount of time it took to have the plans in-hand and ready to submit to our local planning department. Steve stands behind his work is available to answer any questions that may arise... as they have during the bidding process. We highly recommend SC Design!”

“My wife and I fell in love with one of Greg's floor plans. The quality of the materials used, the designs, and especially the attention to detail were big selling points for us. Greg Senger was a very kind, very understanding and, most helpful during the pre-job planning. He assisted us in every way we could have needed. As this was our first custom built house, we didn't really know what we were getting into. Picking everything from tile back splash, carpet, paint color, trim color, etc... seemed mind blowing. But, it really was fun and easy and a lot of the ease is thanks to all the support from Greg during the entire process. What really surprised me most was when our concrete driveway was pored, Greg was there in the days after with the garden hose keeping it wet, in order for the concrete to cure harder. It may seem kind of like a pointless detail, but it was all part of this amazing experience of building our first home. After our home was built, Greg didn't just move to his next project and forget about us. He checked in on us and made sure we were happy with everything and that there weren't any problems. The few details we needed addressed were taken care of in a timely manner. There isn't anything else that my wife or I could have asked for. We are very blessed to be living where we are, in this beautiful home that we hope to live in for decades. Thanks to Greg.”

“I was just looking at reviewing my contractor and I saw a review that I do not agree with. AJW construction did a great job. We remodeled the every room in the house accept the kitchen and family room. AJW will be getting kitchen/Family room remodel once we decide on a start date. We have had cracked concrete. Fixed within a month but is was not delayed due to AJW it was the subcontract who was delaying the repair. AJW did a great job keeping me updated on the situation and let me know when the repair what completed.”
