Andreas designed and managed the construction of a completely new deck in our back yard. We are thrilled with the results - instead of a tiny landing area and crumbling staircase, we now have a beautiful redwood structure with a lovely trellis and perfect detailing that adds an entire new living area to our home. It was a pleasure to work with Andreas throughout the process. He is thorough, detail-oriented and fair, and was happy to incorporate our goals into the design and implementation of the project.

Throughout the design process, permitting, and construction Andreas was highly attentive, professional, and brought high-end custom details and design elements we never imagined. He also sourced reasonable material, factoring in both our budget concerns and design aesthetic. Andreas worked with us on the balance of budget and aesthetic throughout the project and provided both detailed budgeting and a willingness to customize and discuss our options. We love our new kitchen and are so happy we found Andreas to work with!

I had the very great pleasure of working with Andreas Brueggemann as he was putting the finishing touches on a residential property which he had designed and built. Formfunction Plus was wonderful to work with. My kitchen, although large in size, was hopelessly outdated, and the way that it was set-up, made cooking and cleaning-up more difficult than it should have been. I also didn’t feel comfortable entertaining my guests there. Andreas, the designer of the company listened closely to my needs, took careful consideration of my personal tastes and designed a kitchen that is now not only beautiful, but most importantly, functional. Additional counter space was added as well as a custom island. Andreas also worked with me to design all new kitchen cabinets and had them especially made. I now have the walnut cabinets that I’ve always wanted! I would not hesitate to recommend Formfunction Plus, as I was very impressed with their attention to detail as well as their level of professionalism. Andreas was always available to answer questions, his employees and tradesmen that he contracted with were obviously very talented, but the best part was that the kitchen was completed on time and within budget! This was quite refreshing considering my last kitchen project where I hired a different contractor, took over 5 months to complete along with many headaches. Save yourself the trouble and hire Andreas and his team. You and your new remodel (perhaps your new home – I know he builds houses from scratch) will thank you for it!
