I hired Geospace Contruction to conceptualize, manage, and bring to fruition the home of my dreams. I can honestly say, after years of keeping a watchful eye on this industry, I have never truly been happier with the outcome and service of a contractor like I was with Geospace. Specifically, at Geospace, I worked with a contractor who is an engineer by trade and understands the city bylaws and the construction code like the back of his hand. This was the first time I could go to a single person and have all my building-related questions answered within one meeting. He was incredibly knowledgeable and always had my best interest at heart. It's evident that Geospace Construction only works with the best contractors - from framing, drywall, roofing, plumbing, windows/door, electrical, flooring, etc. Knowing about the delays and hiccups that often happen when building a home, Geospace ensured timelines were adhered to and all I had to do was sit back and watch my home come to life. I had an incredibly seamless experience working with this company - communication was always clear, questions answered anytime, full consultation throughout the entire process, and fun people to know and have in your network! Being a fairly young company, I wouldn't be surprised if Geospace Construction rose to the top within the next year or two. I have recommended them to dozens of family and friends already and will continue to do so any chance I get. Very impressed.

I recently purchases a home built in 1984 from the original owner who had done very minor updates to the home. I wanted to modify my new purchase and make this house into my home. Geospace was able to assist with a complete renovation of the property. They were able to provide guidance and advice throughout the entire process.
