My Wife and I contracted with Gresinger Construction for a (to us) large renovation and build out project when we moved into an 1880'is townhouse in the U street corridor. we worked directly with Rob Gresinger throughout the whole project. Rob took our project very seriously and provided us with options and professional guidance throughout every facet from architect drawings, permit resolutions, dealing with the Historic board in order to add an almost 1000 square foot rooftop deck and a garage to the small foot print of our lot! additionally Gresinger construction and his team of professional employees also did a full demo of our kitchen, Bedrooms, roof, and several floor projects, all while we still lived in the basement part of our house. The quality craftsmanship and professional knowledge we received from Gresinger Construction throughout the was fantastic. Gresinger Construction did a fantastic job--we worked with him to build the house from the ground up--from demolition of the original home to the completion of the brand new home. He not only oversaw the full process, but he was a much needed asset from the design perspective.

The crew were wonderful in terms of craftsmanship and creativity. THis was a renovation of a bath and required some adjusting of the plans as the demolition occurred. We are so pleased with the end product. An added bonus was that the crew was thoughtful about cleaning up and not leaving the house a mess as we were still living in it during the process.

I am thoroughly pleased with the work that Gresinger Construction did on my row house in 2013. The project included a complete redesign of the kitchen and dining room -- tearing down walls, installing custom cabinets, exposing 100-year old brick, reworking exterior brick to accommodate French doors and new windows, and designing a first floor powder room. Gresinger Construction was also responsible for gutting and digging out the basement, installing new copper plumbing, retrofitting HVAC, and designing and building a new deck. The built-ins, tile work, cabinet installation, plumbing, brick work, deck work, and interior painting were all top quality. The work crews were very professional and courteous and Rob, the GC, communicated regularly throughout the 5-month process. We are getting rave reviews for our new home. I would highly recommend Gresinger Construction.

Addition to house on small lot in constrained area. Did a great job logistically and in the execution. Very responsive and great eye for detail.
