Through the build process the are knowledgeable an detail oriented. There warranty is top notch. Everyone goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about my expense with Happe Homes.

They ruined my house. Poured concrete when it was too cold and tried to hide the mistakes. The concrete is now coming up in large chunks. They are blocking me on all social media and won’t talk to anyone on the issues. The lie and steal. Don’t use this company. Jake is the real problem.

Let me start by stating my overall 4 star rating is based on our views only six months since our closing. We are in general very happy with nearly all aspects of our Happe Home. We have had minimal issues with the home outside of some normal post close, first year stuff like some popped nail heads and such. This would be a five or at least a 4.5 except for our few issues we do have none of which are serious - but some are yet to be addressed. The concrete work is pretty poor on our home at least on the driveway and a lesser extent the garage, the sod has been tough to keep happy even with some large water bills though i expect some of that to kind of work itself out and we had some bubbled siding - some of which the siding guy started but hasn't finished. Otherwise - because we weren't able to make all of the choices in our home as it was already at drywall stage - we are very happy with the general construction, the HVAC, the general sturdiness so far of the home and the process with the builder, sales person (Brandon Winn) and so far our post sale communication with the warranty folks. If our issues get worked out - this will almost certainly be a five. Thanks Jake and the folks at Happe.

We are building a new villa home and are amazed of the dedication of Happe Homes. Bill is willing to go the extra mile to get everything we want in our home, at the price we need. I'm so thrilled we chose Happe Homes. Our house is not constructed yet, but ground breaking will start in spring.

Happe Homes built our current home approximately a year ago, and we couldn't be more satisfied. They worked with us throughout the entire building project, offering their expert advice, providing quality craftmanship, and completed our astonishing home in the estimated time frame we were given. We were overwhelmed when we began the process of building our home with so many decisions to make, but their home showroom in their office made our selections so easy. They offer a one-stop shop within their showroom - all of your selections available in one place, which made our lives so much easier. They put our needs first and offer excellent customer service as well, which can be difficult to find in their profession. We would build with Happe Homes again!
