My realtor told me how wonderful this group was in a quality home. I purchased a home from them and have to say how disappointed I have been in their customer service and follow up. Started with wrapping up items at closing with delays in completing work, appliances and clean up. Fast forward to warranty and one year work.. they do not follow up, state they scheduled the work and no workers arrive. Days you don’t have scheduled workers arrive and of course you are out of town. When finally they attempt to work on nail pops they don’t fix them correctly and leave you with no painting for months. Finally had to go out of pocket 4k to fix things so that it preserves my home. Caution all buyers and beware. Shame on this builder.. so disappointed in your customer service..

SLOW. Left trash all over the building site every day, looked like the day after an outdoor music festival throughout the whole project. Called them and sent pictures, asked them to come clean it up and their response was “looks clean to me—for a construction site.” Missed the point entirely—it’s a residential neighborhood, where other people have to live with your mess until you finish your project.

My wife and I have worked with several builders to build personal homes for us. Harrison was by far the best experience, and end result that we have ever had. We have worked with big name, nationwide builders, and they did not show the attention to detail that Harrison did. Like any building process, there were hiccups along the way. However, Harrison handled them as fairly and timely as possible. If we had to name one person that made the building experience the best, it would be Ken Warlick the overall construction manager. He was amazing from start to finish on every single detail of the building process of our home. We are very pleased with his overall commitment to our satisfaction, and delivery of promised product.
