Make sure you know what you are getting and not getting. They do not release earnest money if you don’t qualify for a loan. I also got threatened by “Rob” to pay a $5,500.00 restocking fee. They won’t work with you. I was hoping to purchase from another property or s home of lesser value when my financial situation changed. They will not work with you. Terrible company to work with
