Poor quality workmanship. My 7 year old house has already required extensive sewer lines replaced, the entire electric panel replaced, repairs to front, patio and garage doors. The only response from Japhet when they bothered to respond:: It passed the city’s inspection. That appears to be Japhet’s standard for quality; whatever the least it takes to pass the city inspector is good enough for them

Unable to sell the house due to poor craftsmanship. Unsteady foundation. Refused to repair. Please do not purchase from this company.

Please do not waste your money on purchasing a house from this builder! They hire people who do a poor job constructing the home and do not stand by their work. We had only been living in our home for a short time when we first began having issues. Many deficiencies have been discovered since then. Their policy for repairs is to request a service call on their website that is NEVER answered. We have been calling, texting and e-mailing them for THREE weeks regarding a leak in the roof of our five year old home. Yes, I'm sure they are busy building other houses - yet they can't guarantee the work on the ones already built. These people have no shame! If you are looking to purchase a home from a reputable company that takes pride in their business and builds quality homes, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Poor quality work by contractors. Sup was slow to respond to concerns. Japhet presents themselves as luxury builders but don't be deceived they are greedy and cheap at best. Could not complete our home in 16 months we worked with them and we had to walk away losing our deposit.

Very impressed and pleased with our Japhet home. I would highly recommend these guys! Professional, friendly, and a quality home builder!
