10 out of 10 would recommend Jay Andre Construction to anyone who is ready to start building their dream home and I am talking expansion, remodel, new construction, you name it, Jay does them all! We reached out to Jay Andre back in May 2022 to consult about demolishing our old house and building a new construction (from scratch) and fast forward to October 2024, the new house was move-in ready! It was a long and arduous journey (from Planning, Engineering consulting, communication with the city and Utilities, choosing the material, to execution), but Jay ensures that all conversations and bases were covered to ensure the project does not get unexpectedly delayed. What we admire most about working with Jay is that he is straightforward. He delivers what you need him to execute, that fits your budget and needs, and provides sound advice to help you decide what choice is best for your situation. If we have more projects to work on in the future and money is not an issue, for sure 100% we will consult with Jay Andre and team again for the next project! We used Jay Andre Construction to build a large outdoor living space/entertainment area attached to our home. We also ended up using them for a complete re-landscaping of our front and backyard. We could not be happier with our experience and with the results. Jay's crew is creative, professional, clean, and very timely. We didn't experience "change orders" or any type of funny business with JA Construction. Jay is honest and - more importantly - extremely trustworthy. I highly recommend this company.

Jay attention to detail is amazing. He is extremely organized, so it makes the job go smother & faster. He is very easy to communicate with due to his vast knowledge of materials & industry standards. Overall a real diamond in the ruff.

We hired Jay at the end of 2014 to do a complete remodel of our home. We hired Jay after meeting with him, visiting his work sites and speaking to his references. Jay rescued us from a very bad situation with another contractor. He was able to take over the job from the other contractor, and finish the work on our bathroom remodel within a month. The finishes were beautiful. The quality and professionalism without equal.
