Joe Builder Inc.

Builder Inc.’s President, Joseph E. Pandolfe, Jr., has lived in Hawaii over eighteen years. He has been in construction all of his life. He grew up working for his father’s own construction company and learned early on that the most important part of building is putting ohana (family) first. Joseph volunteered to rebuild homes in New Orleans and Mississippi. He is currently a volunteer at a Christian children’s church program. Before owning Joe Builder Inc., Joseph Pandolfe was a project superintendent with a large construction firm that built “the mall at Pearl Harbor” — which is the world’s largest navy exchange and the largest commissary in Hawaii. Its beautiful achitecture includes steel framing, a seventy foot tall atrium, glass elevators, and a two story waterfall.
