Working with Kevin at K2 Builders has been a great experience. We hired him to be our General Contractor to oversee our complete renovation of our condo in E. Lauderdale. From our first meeting to the completion of the project he was reliable, creative and was able to keep us within our budget. Kevin had great ideas how we could maximize our space and create a beautiful home for our family! I highly recommend Kevin for any project!

I have had the pleasure to photograph all of K2 Builders major projects over the last 6 years. The quality of his work is beautiful and his clients are always more than satisfied with the final product. I personally have used K2 Builders for smaller projects at my own house. I am always blown away by both his attention to detail and to the client.

I contacted the business based on a colleague's referral. My husband and I had high hopes that we finally found somebody responsive and professional. He came to our home, which we intended to fully remodel. He promised an estimate in roughly two weeks. And that was it. We never had any follow-up. No call. No estimate. No "hey, thanks but no thanks." So if this is client service, I guess we got lucky to learn sooner rather than later.

Kevin and his trades have recently completed our third home renovation project. We met Kevin and K2 Builders 10+ years ago while he renovated our neighbors/friends home. Our 1st project together was a complete kitchen and interior area gut renovation - daily supervision, management (our weekly meetings), and cleanliness (we lived through it)was "spot on". Our 2nd project was the master bedroom, master bathroom, and a small gym addition - Kevin brought back the same team of professionals which we where most satisfied with from the years prior - and another great finish. 3rd and most recently, K2 completed our pool, patio, outdoor kitchen, and landscape this summer and we are absolutely ecstatic with the quality and finished product. K2 consulted on a large project that we completed recently for our residence. Their work was impeccable. Everything was done in a timely manner and at an extremely high level of craftsmanship. We have done quite a bit of work on our house and I can tell you that the most important things are transparency with regards to cost and finishing the project quickly and with minimal disturbance to the household. K2 arrived daily, cleaned up when they left and explained any additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances to assist us in making an informed decision on the best possible solution.
