No cutting corners. He remodeled ($500k) my last home and no one can tell what was added! It is seamless! My neighbors can't believe how awesome my house is. People out walking their dogs stop and ask who built my house. When I sold it, I had so many offers because Mike suggested what people want. And he was spot on. I hated to sell it. One of the buyer's had a contractor check out the house and the contractor wanted to buy my house . Unfortunately for the contractor, the people bought it for full price. Mike Kleber is a true professional. He is spotless in every sense of the word. We moved to Mckinney Texas in 2008 from Boston, Mass. Our home was already built. The second we saw it and walked into the foyer, we knew it was our dream house. In fact, after a realtor brought us back to see the home Mike built, as we had seen several new homes, she literally said, "OH MY, I CAN'T TOP THIS." Mike Kleber with Kleber Custom Homes, did a major addition of 2000 square feet with a remodel to our existing 1800 square foot home. He added wood floors, a raised ceiling in our kitchen, crown moldings throughout, a new master bedroom, sunken den, bar, an upstairs exercise room, and two bathrooms. Our brick on the outside matches perfectly, and the roofline was tied in flawlessly. The brick was not an easy task, as our existing home was built in 1990 and the brick had been discontinued. Mike and his crew went the extra mile to find bricks in those colors and mix them appropriately to get the correct design, and then aged the brick to match perfectly. Mike Kleber's added custom touches to our home, have really given us a space to be proud of. Things such as an oversized fireplace with large columns, a vaulted bedroom ceiling, gorgeous custom windows framing our corner bathtub are things we never would have thought of. Kleber Custom Homes built our home in 2005. We have enjoyed all the qualities added that you would not see in most homes. All foundation work to the rooftop is of the highest quality.
