Founded in 1984, Licata Construction is a family-owned and operated construction company serving South Florida for over three decades. Founders, Tony and Pat Licata, have successfully grown Licata Construction from a trustworthy mom-and-pop shop to a full-service operation equipped to meet all of your construction and real estate needs. As Licata Construction has evolved with the ever-changing trends in construction, old-fashioned values, instilled in every member of the Licata Construction family have remained solid; teamwork, integrity and honesty are central to every job performed. A true testament of accomplishments, at least 80 percent of our projects are from repeat clients. Numerous projects have also been featured on HGTV as well as the Oprah Show and Telemundo.
