We cannot say enough about our positive experience working with the honest and talented team at LunDev. We entered into a project mid-construction and made considerable changes including adding a pool as well as adding pocket doors which required significant alterations to the build. The team was always accommodating and easy to work with. After moving in, the builders were always available for any needs as they arose. Approximately 2 years after we moved in, career opportunities led us away from Central Florida but Brett/Tom and the LunDev team were there to ensure that the house was in perfect condition for the new owners. Companies like LunDev are vital to the community; they build a quality product and stand by their work. If we ever make our way back to Winter Park, I have no doubt we would enter into another project with LunDev. --The Saigals

LunDev not only met all my expectations, but went above and beyond when they built my dream home. Everything from clearing the site to receiving the C.O. ran smoothly and on schedule. Even though LunDev had several other homes under construction at the same time, Josh, Tom and Jamie made me feel like I was their only client. Their team was so respectful and professional, giving me their time and making sure that I was happy with everything. The subcontractors and vendors that worked on my home were also respectful and professional. The jobsite and my home were kept neat and clean while under construction. Even my neighbors were impressed. I am so proud of the beautiful home LunDev built for my family and I plan to live here for a long time, but if I ever build again - LunDev will definitely be my builder.

LunDev Custom Homes is an extraordinary company and one I highly and enthusiastically recommend. Every step of the way I was treated respectfully and with the utmost professionalism, something especially important to me as a single woman needing to partner with a male dominated industry. A few of my 'deal breaker' design requests were a bit uncommon but rather than try to guide me in a different (and easier) direction, LunDev came through every time. Some decisions were beyond my experience but I was able to rely heavily on LunDev for suggestions. They build every style of house yet had the skill, talent, and knowledge to recommended options that fit my lake house design perfectly. Every custom preference was carried out to the smallest detail. If I chose something beyond what was budgeted for, acceptable alternatives were made in other areas to be able to stay in the budget - which we did. My dream home is here! It's beautiful and it's a high quality, solid construction I know my family will enjoy for generations to come. You can trust them to do the same for you.

After interviewing multiple builders, my wife and I felt Lundev not only listened to our wants but understood them best. They were very thorough in the design and budgeting phase and most importantly, they were realistic. From the owners, Brett and Ann Marie, to the project manager Josh and to Jamie in design, they all took time to make sure our home was built exactly the way we wanted. I am very type A and in a project with many subs and workers, I felt they caught 99% of mistakes made before I pointed them out and they were quickly fixed, no questions asked or issues. The home was finished on time and they were great about setting expectations. We are extremely proud to show off the excellent craftsmanship of our home and are proud to have this place to come home to everyday. In a world where most people end up hating their builder at the end, finishing behind schedule and being way over budget, we did not experience any of this. We highly recommend Lundev and would build with them again. Honestly, no issues at all!! Amazing Experience!

My wife and I hired Lundev to build a custom home for us and our kids in Winter Park. They had already purchased the lot, done demolition, and had drawn up a floor plan that we loved when we got in touch with them. They were incredible to work with in allowing us to customized every aspect of the house and went out of their way to ensure everything was just as we wanted. They finished an almost 6 month project on time and were incredible at communicating status updates and working through obstacles with us along the way. We're now a month into living in the home and they are still incredible responsive to come address small things that have popped up here and there. We couldn't recommend Brett, Josh, Stewart, and the entire Lundev team more.

I truly can not remember a better experience in dealing with a home builder. The Lundev group is an extremely professional organization that makes you feel like part of the family. The quality of their product is outstanding and their responsiveness to even the slightest of issues is excellent. My husband and I have owned several homes over the years and I believe this to be one of our finest.

We bought a Lundev Home (new) and have been absolutely THRILLED beyond measure from day one. The house itself is built incredibly well and the floorplan has an ease to it that makes living in this house an absolute pleasure. Throughout, there are details and finishes that showcase the thought and attention to detail of LunDev and their tradesmen. The team, (Brett/Tom/Jamie) have been receptive and helpful with any minor questions and small issues we've had over the past few months since moving in. I can hardly imagine buying another home or working with any other developer as it feels like we have found our forever home, but I would not hesitate to purchase another LunDev home if the opportunity arises.
