MMR Construction

We used MMR after being recommended by a friend. We could not be more happy with their work and ongoing care with maintenance. The team is knowledgeable and skillful at working through problems in a creative and professional way. The job was substantial - the house was taken down to the studs and we added on space - but it was done on budget and ahead of time. The end product is gorgeous - we absolutely love our house!

MMR completely renovated our home inside and out including two additions and did an excellent job. They were easy to work with and did high-quality work. We would use the again.

Over the past 35 years, we have lived in 5 homes, outgrowing each with by enlarging the number of tenants (Kids). This was the first time we "built" a home. The construction on this house remains the same today as it did when it was first built 17 years ago!

We had a great experience with MMR Construction. They built our house in 1999 and we still live here and just love. The construction was unbelievable, one time and nothing left undo. Mike was so fantastic that we are still great friend. I think that says a lot.

I had a problem with an exterior wall that allowed water to get through in heavy rainstorms. I asked a couple of other contractors to find the leak and fix it, to no avail. Finally I called MMR. Mike suggested an infrared analysis, that indicated that the problem was around an upper window. The window was replaced, the exterior wall was reshingled where necessary, and upper and lower interior walls that had been water damaged were repaired. The crew was great and the job was done quickly and efficiently. For the first time in years my house is again water tight. Highly recommend.

MMR construction added a master bedroom suite and basement to our existing home. The whole process from bid to completion was a dream. The worksmanship was top notch. The attention to detail was impeccable. The supervision of the job was something I was really impressed. The workmen were early and the site was cleaned every day. The job came in under budget and ahead of schedule. I can only say that I wish all construction companies had a Mike Rosa in charge.

We hired MMR Construction to build our home 16 years ago. After an extensive bidding process, it became clear to us that MMR was the best firm with which to work. Our assessment was validated a short 7 months later when MMR completed construction of our 5,400 sf house (7,000 sf if you include our finished basement) on budget and without any of the angst so many homeowners experience. MMR worked really well with my wife and me and our architect and I believe this team approach helped improve the outcome. Based on our positive experience, we referred MMR to my dad and stepmom and other friends. After nearly $10MM of work, everyone we know remains satisfied with MMR's work and continues to value their relationship with MMR. In fact, we are working with MMR right now and, if I were ever to build another house, I would not even bid it out...I would work with MMR.

Great working with them. Mr. Roza has been very supportive even several years after the project was completed. MMR changed my roof shingles and house siding.

MMR has done several remodeling and contractor work items to our home. The home is relatively new and was very well built. MMR's work is better than new. I wish they had built our house. Extremely reliable, professional and first class. Can not do better.
