We chose Nautilus Homes to build our new lakefront home in Winter Springs, Fl. in 2019. I recommend Rick Jennings highly. He is experienced, knowledgeable and fair. We went through 2 other builders and Rick was recommended by our architect. He saved the day! Our house is expertly constructed using the most up-to-date materials in a cost-effective way. Rick was able to anticipate areas of concern for future problems and take the necessary steps to avoid them. Change orders were conducted fairly and efficiently. We were able to make the selections of hardware, finishes, flooring, etc. that we wanted from the open market rather than being limited to a small selection. Rick is an easy guy to work with and is generous with his time. He returns calls promptly. He is an advocate for the homeowners, not the subcontractors and he doggedly works through the punch list. We moved here from South Florida and were still living there throughout most of the build. I could always count on Rick to keep me updated on the progress. We are very glad we chose Nautilus Homes

Rick Jennings of Nautilus Homes did a very good job with my renovation. He worked well with my architect. His price was reasonable. Whenever there was a change order or an adjustment, he communicated well and he was fair. He also looked for opportunities to add value to the project. I also thought that most of his subcontractors were very good at their craft.

We had a major renovation completed in our home by Rick Jennings of Nautilus Homes and happy to recommend him and his company.. Kitchen demolition with all new design Master Bathroom demolition with new design. Both of these projects included taking down drywall to the studs. Pulled up all of the old tile and carpet and replaced with new wood look tile, New lighting throughout. Front Door Replacement.

He came to my house in early November to for post-hurricane renovations and additions to my house. He said he'd get back to me in a week with a quote and plans- I didn't hear from him and after several e-mails he responded to give him a few days. Again didn't hear from him- and I so I emailed again and again- He responded to give him yet a few more days. It's been over two months and I never saw a quote or any drawings. I feel because our project is smaller than what he described his typical project to be, that he didn't feel I was worthy of his work and pushed me aside.
