This whole house remodel of 1950's ranch had unique challenges. It is our 2019 Parade of Homes Remodeling entry. The home had a large 2 story addition done in the late 90's with no semblance of style. We were able to give the home a craftsman style entry that mitigated the bulky previous addition. A complete kitchen renovation gave the home an open, yet traditional feel, while preserving the formal living & dining rooms. A master suite addition in the rear gives the Owners all the conveniences of a new home. Updated "wood look" porcelain tile flooring ran throughout the first floor, creating a continuous flow from formal to casual living areas and tied them all together.
