This is the 3rd season in our beach house built by Jones Contracting. We knew we had a beautifully built home when we first moved in, and now we continue to appreciate the top quality construction and special enhancements Tim Jones provided us.

Jones Contracting built my beach house 6 years ago. We have been enjoying our house since then. Tim is a great guy to work with. He delivered what he promised and a lot more! I recommend Jones Contracting.

Tim is the best! I actually felt a little let down at the end of the project because I wouldn't be working with him on a regular basis anymore. Would recommend for any project, big or small.

Tim Jones is the best builder that I have ever encountered. His workmanship is superb, and his attention to detail and craftsmanship is nothing short of amazing. The design of my house was challenging, but Tim completed it easily. He was personally involved in my project from beginning to end. He worked closely with my architect--constantly offering suggestions that improved the final product. His subcontractors were also excellent. Each of them was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled in his area of expertise. By the end of the project, I thought of Tim as my friend, not simply my builder. (My wife, whose father was a stone mason, has the same high opinion of Tim.) In short, if I were going to build another house, I would not only hire Tim Jones, I would do so without getting other bids. I recommend him without reservation.

Tim Jones of Jones Contracting was the General Contractor of an extensive renovation of our North Beach (LBI) home. The project was very challenging due to extraordinary engineering and design elements, including extensive curved exterior structures. In addition, Tim and his crew installed a very large muti-level fiberglass roof....one of the largest fiberglass projects on LBI. The job was competed on time and within budget. Any extras were mutually agreed to. Tim was easy to work with, flexible,and creative. Most importantly, Tim is a superb carpenter and craftsman who really understands how to work with your architect and build a house. In the end our new home exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Tim, and in fact Tim has just completed a new addition on our LBI home. Needless to say we are very pleased with the result.
