working with NSB was truly a pleasurable experience. everyone was amazing to work with and very professional. the workmanship was to perfection and I would highly recommend. the space is so beautiful and I now never want to leave my home. I would choose NSB again for any renovation :)

John and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Our full-gut renovation project was complex and at times ambiguous, but Northside went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and thoughtfully. We had lived in our home for 29 years and decided to completely rebuild on the same lot. Choosing Northside Builders was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, they did an absolutely incredible job. The team carefully tore down our original house and built a beautiful new home in its place—all within the designated timeframe and within budget, which is no small feat for a project of this size. Their organization, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the entire process. What really sets Northside Builders apart is their high-touch approach. They were always available to answer questions or talk through concerns and they truly made us feel supported every step of the way.
