Onsite remodeling

We had a laundry room in the basement that could not accommodate a large capacity washer and dryer. We needed to make some layout changes to our existing cabinetry when we needed to upgrade because our washer died and our dryer was on its last legs. Jose, as the GC, and Carlos, who was the cabinet specialist, did the following for us: cut our existing cabinets, moved the washer and dryer into a new location, moved the drains and water hooks ups, replaced the sink and cabinet, and also installed new custom shelving to make better use of the space. Jose was professional, prompt in his communications, on time, on budget, and maintained a clean working environment during and when they were done. During the quoting/first contact meeting we were able to able to work through all of the details that might complicate things during the build - which gave me the confidence that we wouldn't have any surprises and that we were on the same page. We are also very happy with the end product! Since he did not have any reviews yet online, I asked for 3 references prior to hiring, and they all came out very positive! Would hire again.

Recently we renovated our Kitchen and both bathrooms in our Condo. Jose did all the tile and plaster work, plumbing, completed both bathrooms, kitchen floor and backsplash single handed. His work is beautiful and meticulous, he took a lot of pride in his work. He left a clean work area every day so I didn’t have to clean up after him. His work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail are exceptional. He showed up on time every day and was very organized. He was honest and quick to respond and there were never problems as he was very easy to talk to and work around our ideas and was willing to fix anything we weren’t 100% satisfied with.. Jose adhered to the building codes and did not take any shortcuts. No work is too small or big for him, he treated all work with full attention and carried it to its completion. He is a master of all trades. He also promised to follow up for any future issues. We were so thankful to have him!, and we highly recommend him.
